About Quality

OSEN strictly inspect products before products shipping out. From cylinder head casting, we would do casting defect inspection, material inspection, tensile strength test to make sure all cylinder heads manufactured meet strength and hardness requirements.   After casting inspection, all castings would go through CNC machining line for further process.  In each step of machining, we would do usual inspection to make sure only qualified products would go to next steps.  At last, installation group would install bearings, coolant cups, plugs, and O rings into cylinder heads during which pressure test would be done to double confirm if there is any leakage from the head.  Before shipping, we also have QC department to further inspect all measurements of heads, parts well installed, defects detected. Then we will pack the heads and ship them out.
